Songwriter’s Reunion in Philipsburg
A quarter century after her annual “Writers in the Round” music series delighted Western Montana audiences singer/songwriter Helen Darling will be back on the historic stage in Philipsburg.
Joining Darling will be Billy Montana, her co-writer of the number one 9/11 era hit “Bring on the Rain” by Jo Dee Messina. Two more alums of the always sold-out music series are Sunny Russ and Kostas. Between them the four singer/songwriters have created dozens of top ten country songs and Belgrade’s Kostas was recently inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
The 25th Reunion Concert is scheduled for Saturday Sept. 9th at the historic Philipsburg Opera House Theatre and was created by the non-profit Philipsburg Arts Fund. The Arts Fund sincerely thanks the following generous sponsors:
