The Philipsburg Rotary Club is a longtime supporter of the Philipsburg Arts Fund's efforts. Their financial support was essential to create a performing stage in Mason's Park in downtown Philipsburg in 2014. They also provided significant funding to the production costs of the documentary "Saving the Burg".

Rotary is a cherished partner but also conducts their own efforts to celebrate Philipsburg by annually conducting a summer concert at Winninghoff Park that draws thousands of people for live music on the large permanent performance stage.
