Working with Missoula's Western Montana Creative Initiative (WMCI), the Philipsburg Arts Fund is sponsoring an artist to live and work in Philipsburg during the Summer of 2020. The six-week program awards a spot to the applicant who best describes their interest in working in our community. The program also includes local instruction, provided by the visitor, to local people interested in their medium.
